  • Manage costs effectively by minimizing waste and ensuring proper portion sizes.

Required Experience and Skills:

  • At least 1 year of experience in a comparable role.
  • Proficient knife skills.
  • Understanding of essential herbs, spices, and their applications.
  • Ability to ensure all preparations are completed efficiently.
  • Capable of multitasking and thriving under pressure.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Matric Certificate.
  • Diploma in Professional Cookery is advantageous.
