**Qualifications**

* Bachelor's degree in structured finance and/or business finance
* CFA certification is an added advantage

**Experience**

* Strong deal making experience and ability to structure deals, financial modeling, and negotiating skills
* Proficiency in Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint
* Understanding of mandate and investment guidelines
* Excellent analytical and modeling skills, with the ability to apply financial modeling methodologies

**Due Diligence**

* Conduct quality due diligence exercises, including accounting and/or auditing, law, and tax
* Gather data from relevant sources, including industry experts
* Communicate effectively at all levels, using interviews to gather data necessary for investment reports
* Identify risks and recommend relevant risk mitigation measures
* Understand various investment instruments and structure deals accordingly

**Requirements**

* Strong communication and presentation skills to present investment reports to various committees for approval
