Payroll Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Specialist to join our clients accounts team in the Legal industry.
As a Payroll Specialist, you will report to the Payroll Manager and play a crucial role in ensuring the payroll processes run smoothly and efficiently. Your attention to detail and exceptional communication skills will be essential in collaborating with colleagues and managing payroll operations effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process monthly payroll inputs accurately and efficiently
- Manage relationships with payroll software service providers and maintain quality control
- Prepare detailed monthly reconciliations of payroll reports with income statements and balance sheet accounts for all entities
- Act as liaison between human resources and resolve payroll-related queries
- Coordinate, analyze, and capture benefits for employees
- Assist external auditors as required in this area
- Support administration of annual salary increases
Requirements:
- Post-matric qualification with payroll and HR administration training
- Minimum 3-5 years relevant experience
- Experience working with large payrolls of 1000+ employees
