About the Role
The Invictus Education Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to fill the position of Head of Culinary, responsible for overseeing the culinary operations across all campuses. This key role requires a deep understanding of food trends, exceptional leadership skills, and a commitment to quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Represent IHS amongst national and international culinary networks, associations, and institutions
  • Build industry partnerships with corporate clients
  • Manage the execution and roll out of culinary programs
  • Ensure high-quality culinary operations across all campuses

Requirements
Essential Qualifications & Experience:
  • Minimum 10 years industry experience
  • Hospitality industry experience essential
  • Understanding of the academic sector, experience in education/training beneficial
  • Strong finance background
  • Solid understanding of operations, kitchens, recipes, SOPs, and stock control
  • Strong admin focus, comfortable with using new and evolving technology
