About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Executive Recruitment Specialist to join our team at Flexicruit Limited. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and securing top talent for our clients across the UK.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough vacancy briefs to gain a deep understanding of client requirements and tailor your search process to achieve the best results.
  • Draft and post compelling job adverts to attract active candidates and showcase our clients' brands.
  • Source and engage with suitable passive candidates, leveraging your expertise in Boolean searching and LinkedIn profiling.
  • Screen and pre-interview candidates to ensure they meet the required skills and qualifications, providing valuable insights to clients.
  • Liaise closely with clients on a daily basis, delivering regular updates on your progress and ensuring seamless communication throughout the recruitment process.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience as a recruitment consultant, with a proven track record of success in a target-driven environment.
  • Excellent Boolean searching skills, with the ability to craft effective searches that deliver high-quality candidates.
  • Fluent English language skills, with a neutral accent and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A strong working knowledge of the UK recruitment market, including its trends, challenges, and best practices.
  • Ability to work autonomously, with minimal supervision, and as part of a dynamic team.
