Job Summary:



We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Manager to join our team at The Legends Agency. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the sourcing, purchasing, and inventory of raw materials required for the production of flexographic packaging.



Key Responsibilities:




  • Coordinate with suppliers to negotiate contracts and pricing terms
  • Manage supplier relationships and ensure timely delivery of quality materials
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve supply chain efficiency and reduce costs
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless delivery of materials
  • Monitor supplier performance and identify areas for improvement
  • Develop and maintain accurate inventory records
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
  • Develop and implement training programs for team members


Requirements:




  • Grade 12
  • Strong numerical ability
  • Minimum of three years of procurement or buying experience
  • Experience in the flexographic packaging industry
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with ERP/inventory management systems
