Key Responsibilities

  • Placing purchase orders with suppliers and tracking delivery status
  • Managing stock levels, including receiving and storing goods
  • Processing returns, reworks, and decanting in production
  • Loading bill of materials and updating inventory records
  • Maintaining accurate records of stock movements and transactions

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar supply chain or inventory management position
  • Strong knowledge of Syspro and other inventory management systems
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Matric qualification or equivalent
