  2. Lead and manage a team of healthcare professionals to achieve organizational goals.
  3. Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement effective healthcare solutions.
  4. Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement.
  5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to inform decision-making.
  6. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational policies.
  7. Prepare and submit reports to senior management on program progress and achievements.
  8. Maintain accurate records and databases to support program evaluation and decision-making.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Health Sciences (NQF Level 7).
  • Current registration with The Health Professions Council of South Africa (HPCSA)/The South African Nursing Council (SANC).
  • Valid motor vehicle driving license.
  • At least 8 years of experience at a management level, with at least 3 years at a senior management level.
