Financial Services Administrator

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Administration Specialist to join our team at Old Mutual South Africa.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the business, including producing, updating, and providing best practice support on a wide range of Microsoft documents, databases, and other departmental systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Administration: Produce, update, and provide best practice support on a wide range of Microsoft documents, databases, and other departmental systems
- Business Meetings/Events Arrangement: Schedule appointments, make arrangements for meetings and conferences, and organize travel plans
- Correspondence: Prepare routine letters, email, minutes of meetings, and reports
- Document Preparation: Prepare moderately complex documents using a variety of applications for technology devices
- Data Collection and Analysis: Produce accurate reports for others by collecting data from a variety of standard sources and inputting it into standard formats
Requirements
- Matric and a minimum of 3 years working experience in the Financial Services Industry
- Degree is advantageous
- Computer literate - MS suite of products (Excel, Word, Schedule, Internet)
- Ability to work under pressure, take initiative, good judgement and problem-solving skills, analytical, good Interpersonal skills and positive attitude, ability to work both independently and within a team context
