Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Agricultural Operations Supervisor to join our team at Dante Personnel. This role is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a large-scale banana farm.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversight of daily farm operations, including crop management, irrigation systems, and equipment maintenance.
  • Supervision of farm staff, ensuring they meet performance expectations and follow established protocols.
  • Collaboration with farmers to implement effective production processes and strategies.
  • Conducting regular inspections to identify areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Agriculture or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Farm Manager.
  • At least 2 years of experience as an Assistant Production Manager.
  • Proven expertise in farming production processes.
  • Familiarity with banana farming is highly advantageous.
  • Proficiency in a second or third language is beneficial.
