Job Title: Agricultural Equipment Technician

We are seeking an experienced Diesel Mechanic to join our team at Dante Personnel.

About the Role

This is a unique opportunity for a skilled individual to work with agricultural equipment, maintaining and repairing tractors and other machinery. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the industry and be comfortable working independently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and repair tractors and other agricultural equipment, including John Deere, Landini, and New Holland models.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as oil changes and filter replacements.
  • Diagnose and resolve mechanical issues using advanced troubleshooting techniques.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless operations and achieve common goals.
Requirements
  • Degree in diesel mechanics or equivalent experience (Red Seal certification highly desirable).
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience working with agricultural equipment, preferably in the maintenance and repair sector.
  • Familiarity with TLB, Grader, and other farm machinery, as well as HINO, TATA, and UD trucks and Forklifts.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Ability to work overtime and stand by on weekends for breakdowns.
What We Offer
