Job Opportunity
Lumina Personnel is seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team as a trusted support staff member for senior management.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain confidentiality.
We are looking for someone who can provide administrative support to two directors, handling correspondence, scheduling appointments, preparing reports, and coordinating travel arrangements.
Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is preferred, along with 3-5 years of experience in a similar role. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling software is essential.
A strong understanding of hospitality industry operations is a plus, but not required.
