We are looking for an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Performability. In this role, you will provide high-level administrative support to our executives, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and manage executive itineraries.
  • Liaise with suppliers and clients to resolve any issues or concerns.
  • Draft and edit documents, including letters, memos, and emails.
  • Assist with financial tasks, such as invoicing and managing debtors/creditors.
  • Take minutes of meetings and maintain accurate records.

The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, be highly proactive, and have the ability to work well under pressure. They will also be proficient in Microsoft Office applications and have experience with Quickbooks.
