Job Description
The Store Operations Director will be responsible for overseeing daily store operations, including sales growth, expense control, and store appearance. Key performance indicators will include meeting sales targets, controlling costs, and maintaining a positive customer experience. The successful candidate will also be responsible for effective staff management, including recruitment, training, and development, as well as ensuring compliance with labour legislation and IR practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications

A minimum of 5 years' experience in a store management role within a retail/FMCG environment is required, along with extensive people management experience and financial management skills.
