We are seeking a highly skilled Budgeting and Financial Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of financial reports and data.
Your responsibilities will include preparing and processing journal entries, reconciling accounts, and assembling audit information. You will also be responsible for implementing effective financial controls, recommending improvements to efficiency, and maintaining high standards of accuracy and quality.
Key Accountabilities:
- Validates information received from regions and processes invoices.
- Reconciles monthly charges to HR reports and raises accruals for employees.
- Updates payroll reports post-processing and reconciles employee cost accounts in SAP.
- Resolves discrepancies and queries relating to employee costs and assembles annual audit information.
- Implements financial controls, recommends improvements, and ensures the integrity of reported figures.
- Plans month-end activities, prepares and processes journal entries, and executes actions in the accounting system.
Requirements:
- Seasoned experience in financial accounting.
- Strong knowledge of accounting practices and principles.
- Ability to analyze complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive and solutions-orientated approach.
- Ability to work independently and be a knowledge expert.
