Customer Contact Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as a Customer Services Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the operational aspects of the Customer Contact Centre, ensuring that customer interactions are positive and efficient.
Your key responsibilities will include leading the Customer Services Team, developing service standards, and collaborating with stakeholders to enhance the customer experience. You will also play a critical role in identifying areas for improvement and implementing process enhancements to drive business growth.
To succeed in this role, you will need strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a customer-centric approach. You will report to the Senior Manager Contact Centre Operations and work closely with other teams to achieve business objectives.
