Frogg Recruitment SA is proud to present an exciting opportunity for a talented Marketing Coordinator to join our client's dynamic marketing team in Woodstock, Cape Town.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Marketing Coordinator with 2-3 years of experience in social media marketing, product marketing, and content creation. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the FMCG industry and be able to effectively execute marketing strategies.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the marketing team in idea generation, activity coordination, and ensuring marketing strategies are executed correctly.
  • Ensure that the marketing plan and campaign objectives are delivered on time.
  • Create and consolidate marketing presentations to effectively communicate marketing strategies to stakeholders.
  • Utilise marketing research to enhance marketing executions and drive business growth.
  • Define design briefs and art direction with the Marketing Manager to ensure brand consistency.
  • Obtain and negotiate quotes according to the available budget, ensuring maximum value for money.
  • Submit documentation for payments timeously according to supplier terms, maintaining a seamless workflow.
  • Schedule content according to the approved content plan, maximising engagement and reach.
  • Identify shareable content to reuse on social media channels, aligning with the brand's identity.
  • Draft and maintain brand ambassador agreements, fostering strong relationships with influencers.
  • Provide brand ambassadors with products and merchandise, promoting brand loyalty.
  • Monitor content curation and repurpose User Generated Content on social media, amplifying brand presence.
  • Analyse monthly social media reports to inform future marketing strategies and optimise results.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A Diploma in Marketing or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in social media marketing, product marketing, and content creation.
  • Strong knowledge of the FMCG industry, including product marketing, distribution, and retail.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • A creative approach to problem-solving and a passion for innovation.

What We Offer:

In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary range of R300,000 - R450,000 per annum, commensurate with experience. You will also enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including medical aid, pension fund, and life insurance.
