Estate Administration Specialist

Merand Corbett & Associates seeks an experienced Estate Administration Specialist to join their team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of deceased estate administration, including reporting, documentation, and communication with clients and other parties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer deceased estates, ensuring accurate and timely reporting and documentation.
- Assist attorneys in managing administrative tasks, including data entry and document preparation.
- Liaise with clients and other parties, maintaining professional and respectful communication.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Further education in a legal or administrative field is advantageous.
- At least 3 years of experience in estate administration, preferably in a law firm or legal environment.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to handle a diverse workload efficiently.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
