Dermatology Expert

Location: Western Cape, South Africa

Salary: R250,000 per annum

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Dermatology Expert to join our team in Western Cape, South Africa. As a key member of our skincare team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and providing expert advice on skincare treatments and products.

• Treatment Delivery: Perform all treatments and concept procedures regularly and according to Dermalogica Standards.
• Target Achievement: Take ownership of monthly targets and keep abreast of daily goals and targets achieved.
• Consultations and Record-Keeping: Conduct accurate and detailed consultations and Face Mapping with each new client and ensure all records are updated after every visit on the POS system.
• Retail Support: Assist consumers with retail and follow up with consumers telephonically/via email post product sales and treatments regarding their results of treatment and/or products used.
• Store Activities: Be available for all relevant store activities including meetings, workshops, inventory, unpacking orders, sales promotions.
• Maintenance and Hygiene: Maintain the treatment area (and other work areas) in a professional manner including stocking shelves, cleaning all the areas including the skin bar and product pool, and replenishing product.

• Skin Care Qualification: A Skin Care Qualification NQF Level 4 (minimum 3 years full time)
• Availability and Flexibility: Be able to work retail hours including evenings & weekends
• Sales and Customer Service: Have a passion for retailing and a sales track record
• Communication Skills: Be confident in engaging with customers
• Motivation and Teamwork: Self-motivated and willing to work as part of a team
• Technology Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Dermalogica Experience: Previous Dermalogica experience is an advantage
