We are seeking a highly skilled NOC Engineer to join our dynamic Infrastructure Team. The selected candidate will be responsible for monitoring, administering, and troubleshooting LAN, WAN, and wireless networks across multiple global locations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitoring and administering network devices (switches, routers, etc.)
  • Identifying and resolving network issues, ensuring minimal business impact
  • Tracking network performance and capacity, providing incident reports and recommendations
  • Configuration and support of network hardware, UC, and Telephony systems
  • Working with monitoring tools and ITSM platforms (HP Aruba, SolarWinds, ServiceNow)
  • Ensuring backup and disaster recovery (DR) solutions are effectively implemented
Requirements:
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in a NOC environment
  • Strong understanding of networking technologies (Switching, Routing, Wireless, Voice)
  • Proficiency in monitoring tools & ITSM platforms (HP Aruba, SolarWinds, ServiceNow)
  • Ability to assess the business impact of network events and symptoms
  • Experience monitoring and administering network devices (switches, routers, etc.)
  • Knowledge of backup & disaster recovery (DR) solutions

Work Model: On-site for the first 3 months, then hybrid
