Recruitment Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Recruitment Administrator to join our team at Edustaff. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for assisting in the screening process of suitable candidates for our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Screen and call candidates to assess their suitability for our clients' positions
- Be the primary point of contact for candidate communication, ensuring timely and effective communication
- Search for suitable candidates within our database and complete Edustaff profiles to send to clients
- Work on the Edustaff recruitment platform to ensure candidate information is complete and up-to-date
- Assist with advertising posts on social media and other relevant platforms
- Perform general office administration, filing, and calling tasks as required
- Minimum of a Matric qualification
- Own laptop required for work
- Two years of working experience required
- First language Afrikaans speaker preferred
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Resides near or around Roodepoort
- Good attitude and energetic personality
- Strong work ethic and ability to work under pressure
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Solid Microsoft Office skills
- Strong initiative and ability to take ownership of tasks
- Diligent and deadline-driven
