About the Role

The Senior Central Operations Support role plays a vital part in ensuring seamless administrative tasks for various needs and functional areas within our short course, boot camp, and graduate degree programs. This position is responsible for prospect/student-level CRM data accuracy, transferring it between systems, and resolving internal tickets according to individual and team-level KPIs.

This highly collaborative role reports to the Central Operations Manager and provides administrative support to domestic and international graduate programs and short courses. The ideal candidate will work closely with the Central Operations Manager to run daily standup meetings, utilizing data from JIRA ticketing systems to assign workload based on bandwidth and systems access.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Ticket Management: Manage the intake and assignment of all tickets submitted to the Enterprise Operations Service Desk, ensuring timely resolution and escalation when necessary.
  2. Reporting and Analysis: Assist with reporting on team performance via creation and management of JIRA dashboard tools and other feedback/assessment tools.
  3. JIRA Project Completion: Collaborate with the team to complete JIRA Project tickets, maintaining accurate records and metrics.
  4. Critical Ticket Situations: Assess and determine when escalation is required for critical ticket situations.
  5. Presentation and Training: Assist with occasional presentation team huddles across the division, providing training and guidance as needed.
Requirements and Qualifications

We are seeking an experienced professional with a proven track record of achieving measurable results. Minimum 1-2 years' experience working in an administrative support role, preferably in a service-oriented, customer support, or related field.
