REQUIREMENTS FOR WEB TECH LEAD ENGINEER

  • Proven experience in developing distributed systems that are highly transactional and reliable.
  • Extensive knowledge of databases, data structures, algorithms, and scalable architecture.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities.
  • A strong passion for observability and monitoring of the services you develop.
  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience.
  • A degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred, but we value your experience and skills equally.
  • Collaborate with the team to evolve and document the architecture in alignment with system requirements and engineering strategies.
  • Work alongside other tech leads to establish engineering best practices and foundational principles.
  • Act as a mentor and coach to peers, fostering an environment of continuous learning and skill enhancement.
  • Experience with the Backend for Frontend (BFF) pattern.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement, root cause analysis, and automation.
  • A track record of writing high-quality, scalable code, primarily using React for the frontend and appropriate technologies for the BFF.
