We are seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer to join our team at Network Recruitment. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial management of various subsidiaries and driving strategic growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Budgeting and forecasting to ensure accurate financial planning and decision-making
  • Financial reporting to stakeholders, including board members and senior leadership
  • Consolidation entries and reporting to ensure accurate financial representation
  • Operations management to drive efficiency and cost savings across subsidiaries

Requirements:

  • A BCom Degree in Finance or Accounting is essential
  • 5-6 years of experience in a full-function finance role is required
  • 2-3 years of experience in a financial management role is preferred
  • FMC / Manufacturing industry experience is mandatory
  • A working understanding of mill and plant operations is necessary
  • Knowledge of IFRS accounting standards is essential
  • Strong consolidation working knowledge is required
  • Excellent reporting skills are necessary
  • DraftWorx / CaseWare experience is desirable

Estimated Salary Range: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience
