A key focus of this role is to reach sales targets and resolve customer queries through product knowledge, research, and troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provide exceptional customer service to all customers, emphasizing selling and up-selling products.
  2. Meet and exceed sales targets.
  3. E nsure the safe keeping of all company property at the kiosks/workstation, including computers, laptops, phones, stock, money, equipment, and related resources.
  4. Adhere to all point of sale (POS) procedures in line with the company's standard operating procedures.
  5. Facilitate stock control processes, including replenishing stock, conducting stock takes, ensuring safe keeping of stock, preventing stock damage/loss/theft, managing interbranch transfers (IBT), and receiving stock deliveries.
  6. Handle cash and card sales, process sales, bank, conduct cash-ups, and manage the float.
  7. Demonstrate knowledge of the brand, products, services, policies, procedures, and company ethos.
  8. Maintain the general housekeeping of the kiosk, ensuring it represents the company's professionalism, product quality, and customer care.
