KMCK Talent Sourcing is a leading provider of innovative solutions in the courier industry. We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team and drive sales growth through new business development and account management.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive business development strategy to achieve revenue and growth targets. You will work closely with our sales team to identify new business opportunities, build relationships with existing and prospective clients, and drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to achieve revenue and growth targets
  2. Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with existing and prospective clients
  3. Work closely with sales team to drive sales growth

Requirements:

  1. National certificate Grade 12 / Matric is advantageous
  2. No less than 3 years experience selling business to business
  3. Courier sales experience is essential
  4. Must have costing and quoting experience within courier industry
  5. MS Office-Advanced MS Excel
  6. Proven experience as a successful sales representative within the courier industry
