Your Role
  • You will oversee the credit assessment function and risk management of new business, existing business, and restructured accounts within Commercial Banking and Transformation (CBT).
  • Manage the end-to-end credit process for CBT banking clients to provide sustainable financing to farmers.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to collectively approve loans and credit limits under delegated authority within the Regional Credit Committee (RCC).
  • Presentation and approval of proposals to the Credit Investment Committee (CIC) and full board.
  • Identification and implementation of innovative credit solutions for CBT clients.
  • Effective communication with stakeholders to address performance gaps and variances in credit proposals.
