Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising a team of skilled professionals in the board shop, ensuring efficiency and quality in our production process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise a team to ensure productivity and quality standards are consistently met.
  • Operate woodworking machinery when necessary to maintain production levels.
  • Ensure delivery standards are maintained and enhanced through regular quality checks.
  • Maintain accurate records of machinery maintenance and perform routine upkeep tasks.
  • Cleanliness and organization of the board shop are crucial to our success.
Sales and Customer Service
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support sales activities by communicating effectively with clients.
  • Create and submit operational activity and sales reports to inform business decisions.
Requirements
  • Relevant experience in Cut & Edge operations or woodworking machinery is essential.
  • Strong organizational and supervisory skills are required to lead a team effectively.
