**Key Responsibilities:**

* Assist in monitoring compliance with applicable legislation and internal requirements.
* Fulfil Compliance functions required in terms of the FAIS legislations such as monitoring and reporting to the financial services provider and the FSCA when required.
* Establish and embed a compliance culture across the business projects and internal EAW Projects team.
* Identify and assess compliance risk areas periodically and address findings through relevant action plans.
* Monitor compliance and develop company guidelines and supervision frameworks to manage compliance functions and contain risk.
* Assist with the proper establishment and maintenance of procedures on the identification, reporting, and resolution of breaches and other compliance and regulatory issues.

**Project Onboarding:**

* Establish a sign-off process for onboarding new agents by creating a checklist and vetting packs for submission to the client.
* Ensure that the content of the packs is completed as per the client requirements and minimal back-and-forth is managed upfront.
* Liaise with the FAIS teams of the client and EAW personnel to manage the sign-off process of the packs.
* Streamline processes to optimize efficiencies.

**Company and Client Engagement:**

* Engage with Portfolio Managers and business leaders on compliance matters.
* Support business unit leaders in exercising their responsibility for oversight of compliance in their business units.
* Execute all other functions related to the compliance mandate as delegated by the compliance officer and Compliance Manager of the client.
* Assist in developing and implementing company training on compliance and ensure that business is updated on legislature requirements through formal communication, training, and regular informative sessions.

**Minimum Requirements:**

* 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role (Must be within short-term personal and commercial lines).
* Matric.
* FAIS.
* RE5.
* RE1 (KI).
* Own car and able to travel to different sites as needed.
