Responsibilities

The successful individual will be responsible for:

  • Measuring and managing performance across multiple credit products.
  • Evaluating and improving business decisions, substantiated by data-driven analyses.
  • Creating credit strategies.
  • Running and improving forecasting simulations.

Requirements

Qualification: Mathematical/statistical background, e.g. B.Sc. Mathematics/Statistics/Actuarial Science/B. Engineering.

Experience:

  • 5+ years in data analysis/modeling (not only using Excel, but other tools including SQL/SAS): need to be able to work with millions of rows.
  • Strategic thinking.
  • Data analysis.
  • Creative problem-solving ability.
  • Ability to transform raw data into a simplistic, easy to understand story.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and executives.
  • Ability and attitude to get things done.
  • Be flexible to changing business needs and priorities.
