Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to join our team. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of one or more of our facilities. Your primary focus will be on providing exceptional customer service, driving sales growth, and ensuring the overall success of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, identifying their storage needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Sales and Marketing: Drive sales growth through unit rentals, unit insurance, and moving supplies, while promoting our brand and services.
  • Operations Management: Oversee the daily operations of the facility, ensuring high standards of cleanliness, maintenance, and customer satisfaction.
  • Financial Management: Handle cash and balance receipts, pursue collections, post payments, and process daily bank deposits.
  • Team Leadership: Guide new customers through rental processes and agreements, and work collaboratively with team members to achieve business objectives.
Requirements
  • Experience: 2+ years of customer-facing employment experience, with 1+ year of experience in a leadership or supervisory role preferred.
  • Skills: Strong computer skills, current valid driver's license, and access to a reliable personal vehicle (except in NYC).
  • Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required, a college education is a plus.
