The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our entire venue, ensuring seamless functionality and excellence in all aspects. They will lead and mentor staff across all departments, fostering a positive and collaborative environment that drives results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operational Excellence: Ensure the smooth running of the venue, maintaining high standards of cleanliness, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
  • Leadership and Team Management: Lead and develop staff, promoting a culture of teamwork, open communication, and continuous improvement.
  • Strategic Development: Develop and implement strategies to enhance overall service, improve operational efficiency, and drive business growth.
  • Financial Management: Manage financials effectively, including budgets, forecasts, and financial performance, to ensure the venue's success.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
  • Customer Experience: Coordinate with kitchen and front-of-house staff to deliver exceptional dining experiences, meeting or exceeding customer expectations.
  • Issue Resolution: Address any venue-related issues promptly and effectively, minimizing disruptions and maximizing customer satisfaction.

  1. Service Standards**: Maintain high standards of overall service and guest satisfaction.
  2. Financial Performance**: Achieve financial targets and manage budgets efficiently.
  3. Health and Safety**: Ensure staff compliance with health and safety protocols.
  4. Staff Engagement**: Foster a positive and productive work environment.
  5. Operational Efficiency**: Successfully manage and improve operational efficiency.
  6. Issue Resolution**: Ensure timely and effective resolution of any venue-related issues.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Proven Experience: Proven experience as a General Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Quality Focus: High standards of cleanliness and operational efficiency.
  • Pressure Management: Ability to handle high-pressure environments with ease.
  • Education: A degree in hospitality management or related field is a plus.

Compensation Package
