## Residential Rental Agent Role

At Status Staffing, we are seeking a skilled Residential Rental Agent to join our team. As a key member of our real estate team, you will be responsible for sourcing prospective tenants, handling rental queries, and arranging viewings.

### Key Responsibilities

* Source prospective tenants and handle rental queries
* Arrange and attend viewings to showcase properties
* Collect required documentation from applicants
* Conduct move-in and move-out inspections to ensure properties are in good condition
* Identify and follow up on all maintenance issues to ensure properties are well-maintained

### Requirements

* 2 years of relevant experience in the real estate industry
* Experience dealing with tenants and owners
* Bi-lingual (English and Afrikaans) communication skills
* Computer literate with proficiency in property management software
* Property Practitioners Regulatory Authority (PPRA) membership
* PDE4 advantage
* Own transport for property viewings
* Willingness to work after hours and weekends as needed
