  • Foster a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment for the learners.
  • Communicate regularly with parents and caregivers, ensuring transparency and collaboration in children's education.
  • Oversee daily operations of the school, ensuring adherence to organisational and regulatory policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with the Leadership Team to establish and work towards strategic goals for the school.
  • Develop and implement initiatives to enhance the quality of education and overall learner experience.
  • Ensure the effective use of all resources within the school.
  • Liaise with the wider community, building relationships and partnerships that support the school's mission and objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.

  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
