**Job Overview**

The Returns Clerk will be responsible for assisting customers with goods they wish to return, ensuring an excellent customer experience while safeguarding the assets of the business.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Keep documentation updated
  • Provide exceptional customer service
  • Sending unwanted products back to suppliers
  • Report discrepancies to management
  • Issue returned goods
  • Reliever to cashier

**Requirements and Qualifications:**

  • Must have a Matric/Grade 12 qualification
  • Experience in stock returns is essential
  • Knowledge of the Consumer Protection Act is advantageous
