- Perform various administrative tasks, including coordinating meetings and maintaining the reception area.
- Adhere to quality and safety requirements, reporting any deviations or nonconformities to higher authority.
- Initiate improvement requests and participate in the SGS management system.
- Coordinate with cleaners and manage meeting rooms, ensuring a clean and organized environment.
- Grade 12 education.
- At least 1 year of reception experience.
- Excellent telephone etiquette skills and a high level of urgency.
- Friendly disposition and professional demeanor.
