Key Responsibilities

  • Perform various administrative tasks, including coordinating meetings and maintaining the reception area.
  • Adhere to quality and safety requirements, reporting any deviations or nonconformities to higher authority.
  • Initiate improvement requests and participate in the SGS management system.
  • Coordinate with cleaners and manage meeting rooms, ensuring a clean and organized environment.
Requirements
  • Grade 12 education.
  • At least 1 year of reception experience.
  • Excellent telephone etiquette skills and a high level of urgency.
  • Friendly disposition and professional demeanor.
