The Receptionist is a key member of the SGS team, responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for clients and visitors.
Main Responsibilities
- Respond to client inquiries and provide information in a friendly and professional manner.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Manage the reception area, including maintaining a clean and organized environment.
- Assist with administrative tasks, such as data entry and filing.
- Provide support for special events and meetings, including coordinating logistics and ensuring a smooth execution.
- Adhere to all quality and safety requirements of the SGS management system.
- Perform other reasonable tasks as assigned by direct line manager.
Key Qualifications
- Grade 12 education.
- At least 1 year of reception experience.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- High level of urgency and attention to detail.
Competencies
- Telephone etiquette skills are an advantage.
- Professional demeanor and friendly disposition.
