  3. Internal Compliance Audits: Facilitate internal compliance audits to identify and mitigate risks, ensuring the organization remains compliant with policies, procedures, and regulations.
  4. Risk Assessment and Reporting: Identify and assess compliance risks across all levels of the organization, developing measures to address them and supporting regular reporting to senior management, board, and associated committees.
  5. Business Continuity Planning: Lead the development and implementation of business continuity plans, ensuring readiness for potential risks.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in law (LLB/equivalent), risk management, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in risk management and compliance or a legal environment.
  • Professional certification in risk management or compliance is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of governance practices, internal control systems, and risk management frameworks.
