Requirements:

  • Minimum of 6-10 years' experience working as a Quantity Surveyor within the consulting industry.
  • Professional registration is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and quantity surveying software.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a focus on building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Ability to travel to project sites as required, with a flexible approach to work arrangements.
