- Work collaboratively with the customer service team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate with customers.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to provide informed insights to the team.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and product knowledge.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
- Fluency in Spanish language required.
Working Hours: 10am-7pm/11am -8pm
Salary: Market Related depending on experience and skill set
