Job Overview

Wild Dreams Hospitality is seeking a highly skilled Travel Operations Manager to join our team in Gauteng or Cape Town. This role plays a vital part in the booking process, providing support to Travel Designers and establishing strong relationships with suppliers.

Key Responsibilities
  • To secure reservations with service providers, ensuring accurate and efficient communication.
  • To administer the entire backend of each booking made by journey designers.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Matric certificate with mathematics (minimum standard grade).
  • Tertiary certificate in Travel & Tourism/hospitality.
  • At least 3 years of experience in travel design or operations within the Travel & Tourism/ hospitality industry.
  • Proven track record in handling customer relationships and promoting products and services in the inbound travel industry.
  • Excellent English literacy skills.
  • Familiarity with TourPlan and WISH or similar booking systems.
  • Knowledge of Southern and East Africa's geography and product offerings.
