Job Summary

Main Responsibilities
  • Prepare monthly management accounts and cash flow forecasts to manage liquidity effectively and plan for future financial needs.
  • Identify financial risks and opportunities through detailed financial analysis, implementing strategies to mitigate risks and leverage opportunities to enhance financial performance and stability.
  • Develop and refine financial models for budgeting, forecasting future performance, and cash flow forecasting, providing actionable insights to guide our financial planning and resource allocation.
  • Manage the audit process for our regions, ensuring timely completion and review of annual financial statements.
  • Ensure financial operations comply with relevant laws, standards, and financial policies and procedures, implementing compliance controls and procedures as needed.
  • Lead and support the implementation and enhancement of financial systems and technologies to improve financial data collection, analysis, and reporting capabilities.
  • Continuously measure financial performance against set objectives and KPIs, recommending and implementing improvements to financial processes and strategies to drive efficiency, profitability, and growth.
Requirements
  • Degree or B.Degree (Hons) in Accounting / Financial Management.
  • CA (SA), CIMA, or similar profession membership is advantageous.
  • 3-5 years' experience in a similar or related field.

At Point Group, we offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic team and contribute to the success of our organization.
