Key Responsibilities:
- Opening and closing bank and investment accounts with core and non-core banks.
- Establish and maintain relationships with various financial institutions worldwide.
- Execute transfers of equities, bonds, mutual funds, and private placements between custodians and fund administrators.
- Update our integrated database system with relevant information.
- Provide prompt responses to internal and external queries and resolve issues efficiently.
- Independently manage business initiatives from inception to implementation.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Relevant degree or higher diploma and 5-8 years of experience in the financial industry.
- STEP qualifications advantageous, but good understanding of offshore trusts and companies essential.
- Proven team management experience required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and modern financial accounting software.
- Knowledge of double-entry bookkeeping and multi-currency accounting systems.
