About the Position:
As a Claims Handler II at Hr Options, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring timely and accurate resolution of claims. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and have a passion for claims handling.

### Job Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for handling claims from start to finish, ensuring timely and accurate resolution. Key responsibilities include maintaining claims standards, providing quality client service, registering motor/non-motor claims, appointing assessors, confirming cover, managing claim data, gathering information, examining details, consulting with staff, informing clients of outcomes, referring complex claims, determining merits, settling claims, and arranging services such as car hire and contractor assistance.

### Skills and Qualifications:
We are looking for individuals with a strong background in claims handling, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently. A minimum of three years' experience in claims handling, with at least five years' experience in the short-term insurance industry, is required. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to negotiate claims and provide excellent customer service.
