We are currently seeking a Backend Development Expert to join our team. As a key member of our engineering department, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining our backend infrastructure.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Java development, particularly in public cloud environments such as Azure. You should be well-versed in containerization using Docker and orchestration with Kubernetes. Experience with continuous integration and delivery tools like GitHub Actions and Terraform is also essential.

Your main responsibilities will include:
  • Development of new functionality (backend)
  • Changes to the existing solution
  • Development and further improvement of the automated test coverage of the solution
  • Maintenance and functional enhancement of the solution

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • At least 8 years' experience in Java developing (Java EE)
  • At least 5 years' experience in either Spring, Spring Boot or Quarkus
  • At least 5 years' experience with Test Frameworks (From Unit 2 E2E)
  • Profound knowledge in working with container (e.g. Docker) and container orchestration (Kubernetes)
