We are a dynamic and innovative wine producer located in the beautiful Breedekloof wine region.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Winemaker to join our team and contribute to the production of high-quality white wine at our Nuwehoop Cellar.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the entire winemaking process, including blending, stabilizing wine, ensuring cellar hygiene, quality control, and H&S systems, as well as inventory management and cellar administration.

The ideal candidate will possess a relevant qualification in Viticulture and Oenology, with a minimum of seven years' experience in a similar position.

They will also need excellent computer proficiency (MS Office, WineMS) and a valid driver's license.
