Job Description:

As a seasoned Business Development Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and expanding our presence in the PropTech industry. Reporting to the Sales Director, this dynamic individual will be responsible for calling on clients in the Property sector to promote and sell FinTech products.

About the Role:
We are seeking an ambitious professional with a proven track record of success in Business Development and Sales. The ideal candidate will have 4-5 years' experience in the Property Industry, a strong background in sales and marketing, and excellent communication skills. This is a full-time position based in Somerset West.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  1. Set goals and develop plans for business and revenue growth.
  2. Research, plan, and implement new target market initiatives.
  3. Research prospective accounts in target markets.
  4. Pursue leads and move them through the sales cycle.
  5. Develop quotes and proposals for prospective clients.

Requirements:
  • MATRIC
  • 4-5 years' experience in the Property Industry
  • Previous Experience in Business Development/Sales Executive role
  • Accounting Experience, background or knowledge highly negotiable
  • Property management or portfolio experience an advantage
  • Sales and marketing administration, research and customer support
  • Own reliable transport
