Job Summary

As a Sales and Key Accounts Lead at SC Johnson Professional, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and improving sales performance. Your primary focus will be on developing and maintaining relationships with key customers, collaborating with internal stakeholders, and monitoring and analyzing sales performance.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with key customers to drive sales growth.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align sales strategies with business objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement distribution plans to increase numeric distribution in current and new outlets.
  • Manage Regional Agents operationally to ensure operational excellence.
  • Provide regular feedback to SCJ on the state of business in SA.
  • Conduct monthly business analysis and implementation course corrections.
