Job Description:
Key Responsibilities- Schedule appointments with wholesalers through cold calls, emails, and other communication channels.
- Tailor outreach strategies to effectively communicate the value proposition of manufacturer products.
- Utilize CRM tools to track interactions and manage sales pipelines.
Appointment Scheduling:
- Coordinate meetings between wholesalers and manufacturer sales or business development teams.
- Manage calendars across multiple time zones to ensure efficient scheduling.
- Provide wholesalers with relevant product information and meeting agendas prior to appointments.
Relationship Building:
- Serve as the primary point of contact, creating a positive impression of the manufacturer and their products.
- Foster interest in long-term collaborations by building rapport with prospective partners.
Performance Tracking:
- Achieve and exceed weekly and monthly appointment-setting targets.
- Generate reports to track outreach success and provide feedback on strategies.
Continuous Improvement:
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to refine messaging and outreach tactics.
- Stay informed about market trends and competitors to enhance outreach strategies.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in outbound sales, telemarketing, or appointment scheduling (B2B experience preferred).
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and persuade decision-makers.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple schedules and priorities.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales software.
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with a proactive approach to achieving targets.
- Cultural sensitivity and adaptability in communication styles for different regions and markets.
- Fluency in English is required; additional language skills are a plus.
