Your Responsibilities
As a Financial Analyst Manager, your key responsibilities will include:
- Diving into project financial analysis, exploring feasibilities, profit returns, and IRR.
- Navigating the dynamic world of cash flow, guiding forecasts, and ensuring funding aligns seamlessly.
- Venturing into revenue forecasting, tax considerations, and the intricate world of legal agreements.
- Leading the charge in audits, maintaining precise trial balances, and driving system enhancements.
- Infusing an efficiency mindset, providing insightful and diverse reporting.
- Reconciling sales and accounting systems, overseeing payroll intricacies, and managing journal entries.
- Supporting Finance leaders and handling any ad hoc challenges.
Your Qualifications
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional with a strong background in finance or accounting. The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
- A CA (SA) or CIMA qualification.
- No less than 5 years of valuable experience in a similar role.
- A Finance or Accounting degree from a reputable institution.
- Proficiency in Xero and Syft software.
- A background in construction-related finance.
- Extensive experience with reporting pack compilations.
- Excellent efficiency, organisation, and attention to detail skills.
- The ability to navigate Microsoft 365 suite and Excel effortlessly.
